We went to Rite-Aid yesterday and bought single scope of Pistacio ice cream. The lady was really nice because… as you can see, that scoop was one really big scoop!

I made this today. :) Ingredients include, but not limited to: tofu, bean sprouts, vegetable oil, minced garlic, tomatoes, sesame seeds, green onion, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
In a pan, pour a little bit of vegetable oil, and then half a spoonful of minced garlic. This is for flavor. Stir the garlic around so it wouldn’t burn. The pan should be on medium heat. Then add the bean sprouts, then the chopped tomatoes and green onion leaves. Cut your tofu into small squares and add. Add a dash of soy sauce, salt, and pepper for flavor. Leave heat on medium for about 15 minutes. When done, serve on rice, et viola!

I on the other hand ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Lunch Special because I really wanted California Rolls. Yummy. :D I think it’s about the same amount of food as the beef bowl, except there’s more variety. And I’m all about variety! :D

On Friday, my bf and I went to a Japanese restaurant for lunch. He ordered the beef bowl. Yum!

Mom made a simple soup with napa and tomatoes. Pour this on rice, and it’s a great meal.

Ever since we bought a new blender, we’ve been making our own mocha drinks, blended with ice cream and banana. We topped them off with whip cream too. Mmmmm…

In school, they taught us to drink 6 glasses of water and liquids a day. But for lunch, they give you this TINY container of juice. lol My sister didn’t want it, so she gave it to me.

I was experimenting in the kitchen again. There were still a lot of veggies in the fridge, so I wanted to use them all up. And this is what I came up with. I think it’s called sauteed veggies? I added tofu and chicken, and a lot of spices to it as well. :)

Tonight was my very first time ever trying tamales! I had one corn and one chicken… they were okay. Not bad, but I don’t see what everyone is raving about :)
